Our continued effort to build a better renovation experience.
We’re thrilled to announce a major transformation happening behind the scenes at Impact — one that will change the way we operate and interact with our clients. We're officially transitioning to Odoo, a powerful all-in-one system that will support everything from estimates and bookings to communication and post-project care.
This is a significant change to our entire backend system, and while the process will take time to fully implement, the improvements it brings will make a noticeable difference for you — our valued clients.
Here’s What You Can Expect:

Our new estimates are easier to read and more visually appealing. Now we can break down sections and automatically include related documentation, with a layout that’s both professional and informative — making it easier for clients to know what they're getting.
➤ NEW! Online Document Signing
The new document signing process is extremely fast and easy. Whether it's to sign and approve a quote or to sign a payment agreement - it'll take no more than a minute or two. No more printing, signing and scanning. With digital signatures, you'll be able to review and sign agreements securely and easily right from anywhere on any device!
➤ Online Payments Made Simple
You’ll now be able to pay invoices directly online using your credit/debit card. Whether it’s a deposit or a final payment, the new system makes it quick, secure, and stress-free.
➤ NEW! Client Portal
Every client will have access to a private portal where you can view past and current projects, download documents, track balances, check on upcoming appointments, and access job-related photos (coming soon)— all in one convenient location. You can register a new account here.
➤ NEW! Smarter Online Booking
Our upgraded booking tool allows you to choose the date and time of the site visit and integrates with Google Calendar so you'll get the google invite right in your email! Check it out: Book Site-Visit
➤ Better Warranty & Service Tracking
We’re building in new systems to keep better tabs on warranty timelines and follow-up services — so you don’t have to remember when your complimentary check-up is due. We’ve got it covered.

Our redesigned website isn’t just a facelift — it’s made so you can do more! Whether you're booking an estimate, paying an invoice, or just exploring our services, the experience will be faster and more intuitive.
